Dubai South is a massive master development focused on logistics, aviation, and affordable housing. It’s where the Expo 2020 site was and it’s slowly building into a standalone city. Emaar South is the residential part with affordable villas and townhouses designed for families and working professionals. It’s not close to the city center but what you lose in proximity you make up for in price and new infrastructure.
